FAQs

Browser isn’t supported

If you see a message saying “Your browser is not supported” or “Browser not supported,” it means the web browser you are using is missing features required to run Tradefox training simulations and secure certification tools.

To continue your training, follow the steps below.

Supported Browsers

Tradefox supports the current and previous major releases of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome (Recommended for the best experience)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari (macOS and iOS)

Note: Tradefox does not support Internet Explorer or older “legacy” versions of Microsoft Edge.

Update your browser

Browser updates often include the latest security patches and web technologies needed for 3D simulations.

  • Google Chrome: Select the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner, then Help > About Google Chrome.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Select the menu icon (≡), then Help > About Firefox.
  • Safari: Safari updates are included in macOS System Updates (System Settings > General > Software Update).
  • Microsoft Edge: Select the three dots (…) in the top right corner, then Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge.

Check for Browser Extensions

Some “Ad-blockers” or privacy extensions can mistakenly block the scripts required to launch Tradefox training.

  1. Try opening Tradefox in an Incognito or Private window.
  2. If the error goes away, one of your extensions is causing the problem.
  3. Disable extensions one by one to find the conflict, or add tradefoxapp.com to your “Allow” list.
