How to manage your profile

Your Tradefox profile maintains your personalized training progress, certificate history, and course recommendations. Because each account is linked to a individual professional’s records, only one profile is available per account.

Update your profile

You can update your profile’s name, language preferences, or image at any time.

  1. Open the Tradefox app or website.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings or Profile.
  3. Select Edit Profile.
  4. Change the name, image, or language as needed.
  5. Select Save.

Note: Changing the name on your profile will affect the name printed on future training certificates. It will not retroactively change the name on certificates that have already been issued.

Profile Security

Since your profile contains your official training data:

  • Avoid sharing your login credentials with others.
  • Ensure your profile name matches your legal identification for certification purposes.
  • If you need to transfer your progress to a different email address, contact support.

Delete a profile

Because your profile is tied directly to your Tradefox account, you cannot delete the primary profile without closing your account entirely.

  1. To remove all data and close your profile, go to Account Settings.
  2. Select Close Account.
  3. Confirm that you understand this will permanently delete your training history and certificates.
