If you’re having trouble signing in to your Tradefox account, it’s usually related to an incorrect password, a typo in your email address, or a synchronization issue with the app. Follow these steps to get back to your training.
The most common reason for sign-in issues is an incorrect password.
Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours for your security.
Double-check that you are using the exact email address you used to sign up.
If the app is freezing or rejecting your correct credentials, try these quick fixes:
If you receive a message saying “No account found with this email,” you may not have completed your registration or you might have signed up using Social Sign-in (Apple, Google, or Facebook).
