Can’t sign in to Tradefox

If you’re having trouble signing in to your Tradefox account, it’s usually related to an incorrect password, a typo in your email address, or a synchronization issue with the app. Follow these steps to get back to your training.


Forgot your password?

The most common reason for sign-in issues is an incorrect password.

  1. Go to the Tradefox sign-in page.
  2. Select Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your Junk or Spam folders.

Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours for your security.

Check your email for typos

Double-check that you are using the exact email address you used to sign up.

  • Common mistakes include typos (e.g., gmal.com instead of gmail.com) or using a personal email when you originally registered with a work or school email.
  • Search your email inboxes for a “Welcome to Tradefox” message to confirm which address is linked to your account.

App-specific troubleshooting

If the app is freezing or rejecting your correct credentials, try these quick fixes:

  • Update the App: Visit the App Store or Google Play Store to ensure you are running the latest version of Tradefox.
  • Restart the App: Force-close the app and reopen it.
  • Check your Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. While some Tradefox simulations work offline, you must be online to sign in and authenticate your account.

"Account Not Found"

If you receive a message saying “No account found with this email,” you may not have completed your registration or you might have signed up using Social Sign-in (Apple, Google, or Facebook).

  • Try signing in using the social icon buttons at the bottom of the login screen.
  • If you are a student, ensure your instructor has added you to the Tradefox for Schools dashboard.
