How to pay for Tradefox
Tradefox offers both free and paid membership tiers to suit different training needs. Whether you are an individual apprentice or part of a larger vocational program, managing your subscription is simple and secure.
Subscription Plans
Tradefox provides several options for accessing its premium training simulations and certification paths:
- Free Tier: Includes access to unlimited lessons, competency assessments, and is ad-free.
- Premium Membership: Unlocks all learning paths and interactive 3D simulations. This is typically available as a Monthly or Yearly plan.
- Free Trial: New users often have access to a 7-day free trial to explore premium content before the first payment is processed.
Payment Methods
How you pay for Tradefox depends on how you signed up for the service:
Direct Website Sign-up If you created your account on the Tradefox website, you can manage your billing through the Account Settings page. Accepted payment methods typically include:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- Digital payment platforms (as specified during checkout).
In-App Subscriptions (iOS and Android) If you subscribed through the Tradefox app on an iPhone or Android device, your payment is handled by the respective app store:
- Apple App Store: Billed to the payment method linked to your Apple ID.
- Google Play Store: Billed to the payment method linked to your Google Account.
Important: To change or cancel a subscription started in the app, you must use your phone’s system settings (e.g., Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions) rather than the Tradefox app itself.
Tradefox for Colleges and Businesses
Many users access Tradefox through their school, college, or employer. In these cases, the institution often handles the payment.
- Institutional Access: If your college provides Tradefox, you will usually receive a unique access code or be added to a group license. No individual payment is required from the student.
- Employer Funding: Some employers pay for Tradefox as part of an apprenticeship or professional development program. Check with your supervisor to see if company-funded seats are available.

Billing Cycles and Renewals
To ensure your training is never interrupted, paid subscriptions are set to automatic recurring billing.
- Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days from your start date.
- Yearly Plans: Billed once per year, offering a discount over the monthly rate.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Your access to premium content will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
