How to change your Tradefox plan

You can adjust your Tradefox membership to unlock more trade simulations and learning paths by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at tradefoxapp.com or via the app.
  2. Navigate to the Pricing, Settings, or Membership page.
  3. Choose your new plan (e.g., Monthly or Yearly Membership) and select Update or Subscribe Now.
  4. If you don’t see an option to change, see “Can’t change plan” below.
  5. Tap or click Confirm Change.

Billing & Access

If you aren’t able to change your plan, it could be for a few reasons:
  • Payment on Hold: Your subscription may be paused due to an outstanding balance or expired card.
  • App Store/Google Play Billing: If you subscribed through an app store, you must manage your plan in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
  • Trial Period: If you are currently in your 14-day free trial, some plan-switching features may be restricted until the trial ends.
