You can cancel your TradeFox subscription at any time through the platform.
That’s it! A confirmation email will be sent to the email on the account.
Note: This is the only way to cancel your account and end your membership. Signing out of your account or deleting the TradeFox app does not cancel your account.
You won’t be charged again unless you restart your account. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can continue to use TradeFox until the account cancels automatically at the end of the current billing cycle.
Important: To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, you must provide cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to your renewal date.
If you don’t see the cancellation option in your account, or if you subscribed via a third-party store (like the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you may need to cancel through them directly.
If you are still having trouble, you can contact support directly via the “Contact Us” function in the app or by emailing info@tradefoxapp.com.
If you are on the 7-day free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends (we recommend at least 24 hours before) to avoid being charged.
If there is a hold on your account due to payment issues, the account will generally close immediately when you cancel.
You can restart your TradeFox account at any time. Simply log back in and purchase a new subscription plan. Your training history and competency records are often retained, but we recommend checking with support if you have been away for an extended period (more than 24 months).
To make sure that no one else using your device can restart your TradeFox subscription without your permission, we recommend that you change your password after canceling your membership.
