You can update or remove payment methods from your Tradefox account at any time. To prevent any interruptions to your learning, Tradefox requires at least one active payment method on file to maintain a Premium subscription.
Note: If you only have one payment method on file and have an active subscription, you will not be able to remove it until you add a new one or cancel your membership.
If you are having trouble removing a payment method, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
Adding a backup ensures you never lose access to your training if your primary card expires or is declined.
If you wish to remove all your information—including payment methods and learning history—permanently, you can choose to Delete Account at the bottom of the Account Settings page. This action is irreversible and will immediately terminate your access to all Tradefox simulations.
