How to find your billing date

Your billing date is the day each month (or year) when your Tradefox subscription automatically renews. You can easily find this date within your account settings to help you manage your training budget.


Locate your next billing date

  1. Sign in to your account at tradefoxapp.com.
  2. Select your profile icon in the top right corner and go to Account Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Billing & Payments section.
  4. Your next scheduled charge will be listed under Subscription Details or Upcoming Invoice.

How your billing date is determined

Your billing date is set on the day you first sign up for your Premium membership.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you sign up on the 10th of the month, you will be billed on the 10th of every month moving forward.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You will be billed once per year on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
  • Leap Years/31st of the month: If your billing date falls on a day that doesn’t occur every month (like the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

Billing dates after a Free Trial

If you started with a 7-day free trial, your official billing date begins the day the trial ends.

  • Example: If you start a trial on January 1st, your first charge—and your recurring billing date—will be January 8th.

Finding your billing date on mobile

If you are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, Tradefox does not manage your billing date directly. To find it:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Tradefox.
  • Android: Open the Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Tradefox.

Can I change my billing date?

Currently, the only way to change your billing date is to cancel your subscription and wait for your current period to expire. Once the account reverts to the Free Tier, you can re-subscribe on the day of the month you prefer.
