Le cong\u00e9lateur, les lumi\u00e8res, le haut d\u00e9bit, tout dispara\u00eet en m\u00eame temps.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un disjoncteur diff\u00e9rentiel \u00e9vite ce d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ment en prot\u00e9geant chaque circuit individuellement. Si les prises du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e disjonctent, les lumi\u00e8res de l'\u00e9tage continuent \u00e0 fonctionner normalement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Physiquement, les RCBO ont \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s la m\u00eame taille qu'un MCB standard, bien que certains mod\u00e8les soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus grands pour loger les composants suppl\u00e9mentaires. Dans des conditions normales, ces courants sont \u00e9gaux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S'il y a un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre, m\u00eame minime, disons 30 milliamp\u00e8res, cela signifie qu'une partie du courant s'\u00e9chappe vers la terre. Il peut s'agir d'une personne, d'une isolation endommag\u00e9e ou d'une infiltration d'eau.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le RCBO r\u00e9agit en coupant l'alimentation presque instantan\u00e9ment, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans les 40 millisecondes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deuxi\u00e8mement, elle surveille les signes de surintensit\u00e9. Si trop d'appareils sont branch\u00e9s ou si un court-circuit se produit, le d\u00e9clencheur magn\u00e9tothermique situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du RCBO le d\u00e9tecte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas de surcharge, l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment thermique s'\u00e9chauffe et se plie pour d\u00e9clencher l'interrupteur.
